It is the part that tells the system when to stop heating and when to resume heating to maintain stable pressure. If it fails, the boiler does not reach pressure, overpressurizes, or does not generate steam uniformly.

Common symptoms indicating it is time to change the pressure switch

The boiler does not reach the necessary pressure.

The heating element does not turn off and the device overheats.

Irregular steam or intermittent output.

The pressure indicator does not activate.

Thermal cutoffs or unexpected shutdowns.

Why does this part break?

Accumulated scale blocking the pressure intake.

Repeated heating and pressure cycles.

Voltage spikes in the electrical network.

Moisture on the electrical contacts of the pressure switch.

Technical characteristics

Original Polti reference: M0005038.

Type: pressure regulating pressure switch.

Thread: 1/8".

Nominal pressure: 3.5 bar.

Compatible with Vaporella Pro 5000/5100/5200R, Comfort, and Vaporetto Clean, Sprint, Flash, E.S. 2600, and Aspirovapor.

Original Polti replacement.

Models:

Vaporella

PLEU0035 / PLEU0036 / PLEU0061

Vaporella Pro 5000R / 5100R / 5200R

PLEU0071

Vaporella Comfort

Vaporetto

PTEU0148 / PTEU0149 / PTEU0199

Vaporetto 1300 / 2300 / 1600

PTEU0163 / PTEU0183 / PTEU0216

Vaporetto Clean / Sprint / Flash

PTEU0198

Vaporetto Aspirovapor

PTEU0200 / PTEU0201

Vaporetto E.S. 2600 / E.S. 2600 Kit Pro

If you have doubts about compatibility with your specific model or about how to identify if the fault is with the pressure switch, contact our technical team and we will advise you without obligation.
